It’s January, a brand new year, and that means it is time for New Year Resolutions. Let me start by saying that I hate new year resolutions. I hate them because they are vague, hard to reach, and usually just a dream. You want to lose weight (can you be more specific), you want to be healthier (in what area), you want to make better decisions (what does this mean?), you are getting rid of the negativity in your life (how do you play a part in that?), I can go on but I will stop there.
